We are proud to announce that effective May 15, 2023, AR Texas Pediatrics will join the MD Kids Pediatrics Health

Network.



Rest assured you will continue to receive the same level of care you have come to expect from the same providers &

staff that have always cared for your children. Your medical home here at AR Texas Pediatrics will also remain the same.

The location and phone numbers you have always used will continue to serve you.

As our team learns and adjusts to the new and enhanced EHR system certain aspects of your patient experience may

take more time than expected.

Here are a few helpful updates and tips:

APPOINTMENTS

Our staff will need additional time with you at your next appointment to verify and update

your child’s patient information. Please allow additional time for these updates. It’s important to take this step

to protect your child’s privacy and safety. Please remember to bring your driver’s license and insurance card

with you to your child’s next visit.

• Please be aware that before your next appointment, you will receive text messages asking you to register,upload insurance cards and complete forms. The text will say “Welcome to Pediatric Associates but the linkincluded will be specific to AR Texas Pediatrics.
• While we are learning the new EHR, we will temporarily have less appointments available. We ask that youkindly wait to schedule non-urgent appointment for a few weeks.

SICK VISITS

If your child is sick and needs an appointment right away, on-demand telemedicine visits are

available 24/7 via KidzDocNow. Download the app from your Apple or Android device or visit

www.kidzdocnow.us.

Please note that during the transition process you may notice a change in the name on your insurance documents. If
